The team manager has set up Mingle Sport and invited you to join. Mingle Sport is the all-in-one app for team communication, attendance, stats and match content.

Join the team

You can join the team using the 4-digit join code or the invite link your team admin shared with you. When joining, make sure you select the player role. If the team manager has created player profiles you can claim the profile with your name. You can also create a new profile.

Your player profile

Every player has a player profile — unique to the team, with its own picture, preferred positions and player number. As an owner, you can edit this information. Team admins can too, and if you have connected parents as team members, they can manage your player profile as well. A player can have multiple parents and guardians associated.

Friends & family

If your team actively shares match content, you can invite friends and family to follow you. They will receive updates of key match moments and will be able to see your stats and content. Unlike parents, followers are not members of the team.

📅 Schedule & attendance

Your team's schedule

Once you've joined and open the app, you'll see your team's full schedule. Upcoming matches, training sessions, and team events — plus past matches with scores, line-ups and match content. Everything is in one place so you always know what's coming up next.

Let the coach know you're coming

Your team admin may ask you to RSVP for matches and training sessions. You can confirm attendance or let the coach know you can't make it. You can add a reason for absence or share transportation needs.

Sync with your calendar

All matches, training sessions, and team events can be synced to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any calendar app that supports iCal. Once synced, your calendar stays up to date without having to check the app.

Notifications

Mingle sends smart notifications: RSVP reminders, match day alerts, schedule changes, and more. You can control which notifications you receive in your profile settings so you only get what matters to you.

⚽️ Match Day

Match days are the most exciting days of the week — and Mingle is made for Match Day magic. From line-ups to stats to match content, everything is covered.

Line-up & substitutions

Your coach can create the starting line-up so you'll know your position. The coach can choose to hide the line-up, or create several line-ups to reflect all substitutions and changes during a match. When all substitutions are tracked, the coach can monitor Minutes Played for all players and share that information with the team.

Match content

By default, all team members can add content to matches — a highlight video, a picture from the sideline, you name it. Each match has its own media library where all content is collected. Videos can be associated with goals or other important match moments.

The match feed

Every match also has a match feed: a timeline of everything that happens. Goals, assists, cards, substitutions — all shown in chronological order. When a match reporter is assigned, the feed updates live as the match unfolds. Friends and family can follow along during the match or catch up afterwards.

Want to share the match with people who aren't on the team? Just hit the share button on the feed tab. They can follow along without needing the Mingle Sport app.

Live Mode 🔴

When Live Mode is turned on, followers get real-time notifications for every key moment: goals, cards, and substitutions. Even when you can't be there in person, you'll feel like you are.

Vote for Player of the Match

After each match, team members can vote for different Players of the Match and rate team performance — if your team admin has turned on this feature. Once the voting window closes, the winners are revealed. It's a fun way to celebrate standout performances.

🏆 Stats & Leaderboards

Leaderboards

Mingle tracks everything: goals, assists, awards, Minutes Played, and more. Your team admin can turn specific Leaderboards on or off, so what's visible depends on the team's setup. Check how you stack up against your teammates — it's a great way to track your progress throughout the season.

Your team can have team Awards — monthly celebrations of leaderboard positions, from topscorer of the month to MVP of the month. This is also a setting your team admin can turn on or off.
