How to Use Mingle for Your Club

If your club has more than one team, Mingle gives you a place to run all of it together: Club Manager, the web platform for club owners and admins at club.mingle.sport. It sits alongside the Mingle Sport app and Homebase, which each team still uses day to day — Club Manager is the layer above, where you oversee and connect the whole club. Here's what you can do with it.
Interested in Club Manager? Access starts with us, so we can verify that the person setting up a club really is its owner. Contact Mingle through the in-app chat or at [email protected], create a Mingle Sport account (you can skip joining a team), and we'll set you up as the club owner. From there you add your club admins yourself — owners and admins can do everything in Club Manager, and only the owner manages the admin list.
Manage all your teams
Team Management brings every team in your club into one cross-team list — with search, filters, and an Active / Archived view — so you can oversee the whole club without opening each team one by one.
Teams are either Managed or Independent. Managed teams count as part of your club: they appear across Club Manager and feed club-level stats, announcements, and the schedule. Boosted teams (Elevate or Performance) are Managed automatically, and a basic team created under your club name can be switched to Managed from its relation chip. You can create new teams, archive the ones you're not using, and delete managed teams that shouldn't exist — handy for clearing out old duplicates. If you need to edit a team hands-on, you can join it as an admin and jump straight into it on Homebase.
Reach your whole club with chat
Club chat lets you reach members without WhatsApp or sharing personal phone numbers. Every club automatically gets an Official Club Group — a single announcement channel with all members in it, where only owners and admins post and everyone else reacts. Its membership syncs on its own as people join or leave teams. Alongside it, you can create custom club groups for parts of the club, like *Youth Staff* or *U9–U12 Parents*, and decide who can post, reply, and react in each.

Broadcast with announcements
Announcements let you send one message to several chats at once — across teams, parents, and staff — without joining each group. They're one-way, so members can react but not reply, which keeps them clean. You can pin an announcement for up to 14 days, schedule it to go out later, and afterwards track delivery and reactions per group from the Announcements dashboard.

Message across teams with Club Contacts
Normally chat is limited to a single team. Club Contacts lets admins find and message anyone across the whole club, straight from the Create new Chat flow — browse or search by name, filter by role, and start a direct message or a group. What each person can see depends on their role, so players' and parents' details stay private from other teams' admins.

Control your chat settings
Chat Settings keeps your club-wide chat options in one place. From here you can turn the Official Club Group on or off, and turn Club Contacts on or off for the whole club — so you decide how open club communication is.
See what every team is doing
The Schedule gives you one cross-team view of everything your club has on — the overview admins used to rebuild by hand in spreadsheets. It's read-only and pulls together the matches, training, and events already in each team's own schedule. Your managed teams appear as rows, grouped by age group, with events colour-coded by type; you can switch between a week and a day view and filter to the teams you care about, and your view is remembered between visits.
More on the way
Club Manager keeps growing. Cross-team stats, club-wide leaderboards, and a club home page are all on the way, so more of running your club comes together in one place over time.
