Yes, all core features of Mingle Sport are completely free: team management, attendance tracking, lineup creation, scorekeeping, and team chat. For advanced features like minutes played tracking, substitution tools, and desktop access (Homebase), you can boost your team.

2. Which sports can I use Mingle Sport for?
Mingle Sport is currently available for football/soccer (11v11) and futsal (indoor football). We're working on expanding to other team sports like field hockey. You can create teams of any size: from 5v5 to 11v11.

3. In which countries is Mingle Sport available?
Mingle Sport is available in Europe, North America, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand. In some countries, you can select your official club; in others, you simply create your own team.

Team Management
4. How do I create a team?
Download the app, register your account, choose 'Create Team', select your country, and add team details. You'll get a 4-character join code that other team members can use to join.

5. How many team members can I add?
In the free version, you can add unlimited team members. There are three roles: players, staff, and team support (like parents).

6. How can parents and family follow matches?
Parents can join as 'Team Support' or follow you as 'followers'. Followers receive live notifications of match updates, can cheer and comment, but cannot RSVP or vote. Parents that joined the team can RSVP for themselves and their children.

7. Can I create and share lineups?
Yes, you can create lineups for any team size (5v5 to 11v11) and choose different formations. Lineups can be shared directly to Instagram, WhatsApp, or downloaded as images.

8. How do automatic RSVP reminders work?
Mingle automatically sends reminders to team members who haven't indicated their availability. They can also specify why they can't attend and share transportation needs.

9. What's the difference between the app and Homebase?
The mobile app is for daily use by all team members. Homebase is the desktop web app for coaches and team admins with extensive statistics, team management tools, and overviews.

Statistics & Performance
10. What statistics can I track?
You can track goals, assists, cards, minutes played, match ratings, and Player of the Match awards. Premium users can also track substitutions and individual playing time.

11. Can players see their own stats?
Yes, each player has a personal profile with their stats, awards, and can compare themselves on team leaderboards. They can also build their own portfolio with videos and highlights.

Privacy & Safety
12. Who can see my profile?
Mingle Sport profile accounts are set private by default. The only public information is your name and your profile picture. A follow request needs to be accepted to sees someone's profile.

13. Who can see our team content?
Only team members and followers you explicitly approve can see match content, stats, and chat messages. Your team is completely private unless you choose to share content publicly.

14. Which phones does Mingle Sport work on?
The Mingle Sport app is available for iOS (iPhone) and Android phones. For coaches more features are available on desktop in Homebase.
15. Can I start a new season?
Yes, you can create a new season where all stats and awards restart without losing your team members or historical data.
