How do I see who is present at a match or practice?
In Mingle Sport, "present" at a match or training means a team member's RSVP is set to Going. You can check those RSVPs in two places: in the app from the match or training itself, or in Homebase if you're a Team Admin and want a view across the whole season.
In the Mingle Sport app
Open the match or training from your Schedule.
Scroll to the RSVP section.
You'll see attendance for Players and Staff and support — split into Going, Not Going, and No response.
On Homebase (web)
Team Admins can see attendance for all of the team's matches and trainings in one table.
Sign in to homebase.mingle.sport and open your team.
Open the Attendance section.
Switch between the Match and Training tabs at the top of the page (Match is selected by default).
Use the toggle in the top-right to switch between Finished and Upcoming sessions.

How do I update attendance for another team member?
Editing someone else's RSVP — for example to mark a player Going after they showed up without responding — needs the right role.
ℹ️ Available for Team Admins and team members with Scheduling rights.
In the Mingle Sport app
Open the match or training from your Schedule.
Scroll to the RSVP section.
Tap Edit Attendance.
Update the RSVP status for any team member — and edit their reason for not going if relevant.
If you don't have scheduling rights you can still see the RSVP section, but you can only edit your own RSVP.
On Homebase (web)
Team Admins can edit attendance directly from the Attendance table.
Sign in to homebase.mingle.sport and open your team.
Open the Attendance section.
Pick the right tab (Match or Training) and the session you want to update.
Tap a team member's RSVP value in the table and change it.
