How do I create a team event?
How do I create a team event?
A team event is anything outside matches and regular training — tactical meetings, extra sessions, club dinners, or any gathering you want to schedule with your team. Team events live in the Schedule tab alongside your matches and trainings.
Note: Team events require your team to be boosted to Level 1. Only team members with Scheduling rights can create events.
To create a team event:
Open the Schedule tab
Tap the blue floating (+) button
Select Create event
Enter a title (up to 20 characters — e.g. "Tactical meeting")
Select the date and start time
Select the event duration
Choose whether the event recurs: Never, Every week, Every two weeks, or Every month
Select the team (pre-selected if you're only in one team)
Tap Save event
Your teammates will see the event in their schedule immediately and can RSVP.
What's a team event in Mingle Sport?
A team event is a scheduled item that isn't a match or training — for example a tactical meeting, social gathering, or extra individual session. Team events sit in the Schedule tab with matches and trainings, so everything your team is doing is in one place.
Do I need a Team Boost to create team events?
Yes. Team events are a premium feature and require your team to be on Level 1 or higher — see What is a Team Boost?. Matches and trainings can be created on the free tier.
Can I set a team event to repeat?
Yes. When creating the event, choose Every week, Every two weeks, or Every month as the recurrence. Choose Never for a one-off event.
How do teammates see and RSVP to a team event?
Once saved, the event appears in every teammate's Schedule tab. They can RSVP (yes / no / maybe) the same way they would for a match or training.
Are teammates notified when I edit or cancel a team event?
Yes. If you edit the event later — date, time, title, or duration — everyone who RSVPd gets an update automatically. The same goes for cancellations: when you cancel or delete the event, teammates are notified so nobody shows up for a meeting that isn't happening anymore.
