Can I set attendance to 'Going' by default in Mingle Sport?
Yes — turn on Auto RSVP from Team Settings, and every invited team member is marked Going by default for matches, training, and team events. They only need to respond if they can't attend.

Open Team Settings in the Mingle Sport app or on Homebase.
Select RSVP Preferences.
Under Auto RSVP, toggle ON.
Tap Save.
Great for teams where nearly everyone shows up by default — saves time and cuts down missed RSVPs.
What does a team member do if they can't attend when Auto RSVP is on?
They just tap Not Going on the event and pick a reason (Sick, Injured, Vacation, School/work, Other). That updates their RSVP and attendance automatically.
Do team members still get RSVP reminders when Auto RSVP is on?
No. Because everyone is already marked Going, no reminders are sent. Team members only hear from Mingle Sport if someone changes the event itself.
Who in the team can turn Auto RSVP on or off?
Team Admins and team members with Scheduling rights. It's toggled from Team Settings → RSVP Preferences and applies to the whole team.
Can I still adjust attendance manually when Auto RSVP is on?
Yes. Admins and team members with Scheduling rights can still change who's invited to a specific event and manually edit any individual RSVP — Auto RSVP just sets the starting state, it doesn't lock it.
