Can I edit minutes played?
Can I edit minutes played?
Yes — Team Admins can edit each player's minutes played per match in Homebase, our web platform. By default, minutes played are auto-calculated from the Match Timer and substitution log during scorekeeping. The Homebase table lets a Team Admin override those values manually after the match.
ℹ️ Editing minutes in Homebase is reserved for Team Admins because Homebase is an admin-only platform. Live minute updates *during* a match are a different flow — they happen via the Match Timer in the app and require Scorekeeping rights, not admin rights.
Two more requirements before you can edit in Homebase:
The player's RSVP for the match must be Going — minutes can't be edited for someone marked Not Going. (See the troubleshooting section below if a player was marked Not Going but actually played.)
The team must be boosted to Team Boost Level 1 or higher. → What is a Team Boost?
How do I edit a player's minutes played?
Sign in to homebase.mingle.sport and open your team.
Go to Stats > Minutes Played in the navigation.
Open the Table tab.
Edit minutes played per match for each player — type into the cell or use the arrows to adjust.
Save your changes.
Why can't I edit minutes played?
A few common reasons:
The player is marked Not Going for the match. Update their RSVP to Going first — see How do I update RSVP for past matches or training?. Once their attendance is corrected, you can edit their minutes.
The team isn't boosted. Editing minutes played requires Team Boost Level 1 or higher.
You're not a Team Admin. Ask the team's admin to make the edit, or to grant you admin rights.
If none of these apply and you still can't edit, reach out via the in-app support chat or [email protected].
Do I need a Team Boost to edit minutes played?
Yes — the team needs at least Team Boost Level 1 for manual editing of minutes played per match. Unboosted teams still get minutes played auto-calculated from the Match Timer and substitution log during scorekeeping; what they can't do is override those auto-calculated values manually.
