Can I change the timing of the RSVP reminders in Mingle Sport?
Yes. Change when team members get nudged to RSVP from Team Settings in the Mingle Sport app or on Homebase.
ℹ️ Available for Team Admins and team members with Scheduling rights.
Open Team Settings in the app or on Homebase.
Select RSVP Preferences.
Under RSVP Reminders, tap Match Reminder or Training Reminder.
Pick a new reminder time from the options.
Tap Save.
Reminders only go out to invited team members who haven't RSVP'd yet — the ones who've already said Going or Not Going don't get nudged.
What are the default RSVP reminder times for matches and training?
By default, team members are reminded to RSVP:
24 hours before a training session.
3 days before a match.
These defaults work for most teams, but you can change them if, for example, you want earlier reminders for away matches or a shorter lead-time for weekly trainings.
Does changing the reminder time affect events I already created?
Yes. All upcoming events follow the new reminder time as soon as you save the setting. Past events aren't affected — reminders for those have already been sent (or skipped).
Do team members get more than one automatic RSVP reminder per event?
No. Each team member gets one automatic reminder per event, at the reminder time you've set, and only if they haven't RSVPed yet. If you want to nudge someone earlier, send a manual reminder (see below).
Can I send a manual reminder to someone who hasn't RSVPed?
Yes. You can send one manual reminder per person per event, on top of the automatic one:
Open the match or training info page and select Players or Staff and support.
You'll see who's responded, plus a list of those who haven't. The top of that list shows when the next automatic reminder is due.
Tap the three dots next to a person and select Notify to nudge just them.
To chase everyone outstanding at once, tap Notify All.
Team members receive a message: *"[Sender] wants you to RSVP to [Event]"*.
Does Auto RSVP affect reminders?
Yes. When Auto RSVP is on, team members are automatically marked as Going for every event — so no reminder is sent. See Can I set attendance to 'Going' by default? for the full Auto RSVP flow.
