How can I upgrade my team to Level 1?
To upgrade to level 1 you need to buy 1 Team Boost that is automatically associated to your team. Your team will level up to level 1.
- Go to the Team Section in the app
- Press the Level 0 icon in the header
- Buy your Boost
- Team is boosted. Enjoy!
What is a Team Boost?
A Team Boost token to level up your team to a certain Team Level. The higher your team level, the more (advanced) features you have. You can buy a monthly or annual Team Boost subscription.
What are different team Levels?
By default every team is in the free tier: level 0. To upgrade to level 1 you need to buy 1 Team Boost that is automatically associated to your team. Level 2 will be available later this year. Level 3 is expected later in 2025.
What are Boost subscriptions?
A Boost Subscription is a product in the Google and Apple stores that gives you access to 1 or more Team Boosts. The Team Boosts can be assigned to a specific team to unlock a Boost level (and more features). The Boost subscriptions reflect the the number of Boosts users are subscribed to.
- Team Boost Tier 1 subscription gives you access to 1 Team Boost
- Team Boost Tier 2 subscription gives you access to 2 Team Boosts

Can I change my boost to another team?
Please reach out to support and we’ll help you switch your Team Boost to another team. Later this year we’ll introduce a Boost Wallet, where you can change your Team Boost team selection any time.
How can I cancel my boost subscription?
You can cancel your Boost subscription at any time in your Apple or Google subscription settings. The subscription will end at the expiration date and not automatically renew.
