Mingle Sport is a startup that aims to radically improve team-based ball sports with cutting-edge design and cutting-edge digital technology. We are a team of passionate designers, developers, data scientists and marketers. We are super excited about our app we are developing and the impact we can make with it: getting more people to enjoy ball sports.

The internship

Are you creative with a passion for social media and video editing? Do you have an eye for what is fun and interesting? We are looking for a Social Media intern to join our team. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and help create a strong online presence for Mingle Sport. Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Creating and editing videos and other content for our social media outlets

• Developing and implementing a content marketing plan

• Community management

• Performing competitive analysis and benchmarks

• Working on a marketing communication plan

What do we expect from you?

• You are a team player, have a positive mindset and a proactive attitude, enjoy working independently and are curious.

• You are following a higher vocational or university course in communication, marketing, media, sports marketing, business administration, or similar.

• You are enrolled at a Dutch college or university.

• Available for a period of 5-6 months.

• Good command of Dutch and English.

Interns are crucial for a startup like Mingle Sport. We are looking for people with a passion for sports, innovative technology or design. An internship with us is definitely going to give you a great startup experience and a great adventure. The main things we offer you are:

• Active guidance around your internship to ensure you achieve the best results;
  (If necessary) travel allowance;

• Use of advanced sports tech IoT (smart cameras, sensors);

• An internship allowance of EUR 250 per month (based on full-time).

Mingle Sport is a sports tech startup focused on ball sports. We focus on grassroots sports: amateurs from young to old. Our goal is to get more people to enjoy ball sports. Whether that's players who want to get better or fans who want to follow matches of their friends or family. We believe digital technology can make a difference. Our team is currently around 10 people strong.

Our team is international. English is our working language, internship supervisors also speak Dutch. We are looking for people who want to make an impact and are passionate about digital innovation and sport.
