How do I change my Mingle Sport subscription?

How do I change my Mingle Sport subscription?

You change your Mingle Sport subscription in the same place you cancel it — the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you bought it. This is where you can:

  • Downgrade (for example, from two Team Boosts to one)

  • Upgrade to a higher-tier subscription

  • Switch between monthly and annual billing

On iPhone or iPad (App Store):

  1. Open Settings ⚙️ and tap your name at the top

  2. Tap Subscriptions

  3. Tap Mingle Sport in the list

  4. You'll see all available Mingle Sport plans — tap the one you want to switch to

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm

On Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the top right

  2. Tap Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions

  3. Tap Mingle Sport

  4. Tap the option to change the plan and select the new one

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm

Downgrades and plan switches take effect at the next renewal. Upgrades usually take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period.

How do I downgrade from multiple Team Boosts to fewer?

Downgrading works the same as any other subscription change — you pick a lower-tier plan in your Apple or Google subscriptions, and the change takes effect at the next renewal.

On iPhone or iPad (App Store):

  1. Open Settings ⚙️ → tap your name → Subscriptions

  2. Tap Mingle Sport

  3. From the list of available plans, tap the lower-tier Team Boost plan you want

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

On Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions

  2. Tap Mingle Sport

  3. Tap the option to change the plan and select the lower-tier Team Boost

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

After the downgrade, you'll have fewer Team Boosts in your Team Boost wallet. If you were boosting multiple teams, decide which one keeps the Team Boost and reassign accordingly.

How do I switch between monthly and annual billing?

You switch the billing cycle from the same Apple or Google subscription settings. Annual plans usually work out cheaper per month than monthly.

On iPhone or iPad (App Store):

  1. Open Settings ⚙️ → tap your name → Subscriptions

  2. Tap Mingle Sport

  3. From the list of available plans, pick the monthly or annual version of the plan you want

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

On Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions

  2. Tap Mingle Sport

  3. Tap the option to change the plan and select the monthly or annual option

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

If you're switching from monthly to annual (or back) mid-cycle, the new billing cycle normally starts at your next renewal date.

Can I change my subscription in the Mingle Sport app?

No. All subscription changes go through the Apple or Google subscription settings, not the Mingle Sport app itself. That's because the App Store and Google Play handle billing — we don't charge you directly.

How do I change the bank account or payment method for my subscription?

You update it in your Apple or Google account, not in the Mingle Sport app. All Mingle Sport billing runs through the App Store or Google Play Store, which is why there's no bank or card information stored on our side — whatever payment method you have on file with Apple or Google is what gets charged for your subscription.

On iPhone or iPad (App Store):

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top

  2. Tap Payment & Shipping (or Payment Methods)

  3. Sign in with your Apple Account if prompted

  4. Add a new payment method, or edit / remove an existing one

On Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptionsPayment methods

  4. Add a new payment method, or edit / remove an existing one

Once your new payment method is saved with Apple or Google, it's automatically used for your next Mingle Sport subscription charge — you don't need to do anything on our side.
