How do I add documents and links to my team?
How do I add documents and links to my team?
The Docs & Info tab on your team page keeps team documents and links in one place — team rules, season planning, training docs, or any useful web link. Team admins on a boosted team can add them, and everyone on the team can view them.
You'll find it in the app and on Homebase. To add a document or link:
Open your team and tap the Docs & Info tab.
Tap Add Document or Link.
Choose Upload document or Add link.
For a document, pick a file from your device. For a link, paste the URL and give it a display name.
Confirm to add it to the team's resources.
Everything you add is visible to all team members.
What files can I add?
You can upload PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and TXT files, up to 100 MB each. If a file is a different type or larger than 100 MB, you'll see an error and won't be able to upload it — convert or compress the file first.
How do I add a link?
Links let you point your team to anything on the web — a shared drive, a club page, a training video. Tap Add Document or Link, choose Add link, paste a URL starting with `http://` or `https://`, add a display name, and confirm. Links don't count toward any storage limit.
Who can add and see team documents?
Adding documents and links is limited to team admins. Every team member can see and open the resources — there's no per-item visibility yet, so anything you add is shared with the whole team. If you're not an admin, you'll see the list but not the options to add or remove items.
Do I need a Team Boost?
Yes. Team documents and links require a Team Boost. Without one, admins see an Unlock prompt instead of the add controls. If your team had a Boost that expired, documents you already added stay visible to view and download — you just can't add new ones until you boost again.
How do I remove a team document or link?
Team admins, and whoever added a resource, can remove it:
Open the Docs & Info tab.
Tap the ⋮ menu next to the document or link.
Tap Remove and confirm.
The resource is removed from the team.
What else is on the Docs & Info tab?
Below your team's resources, the Team Info section shows key team details at a glance — Team Level, Age & Gender, Visibility, and (for boosted teams) Team Boost level. It's read-only here; to change these, head to Team Settings.
