Full Stack Product Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own product delivery end-to-end—from research and prototyping to launch and measurement. You'll partner directly with our co-founder to define and execute strategic initiatives that scale Mingle Sport internationally.

We're building AI into everything we do—both in how we develop (AI-assisted workflows, automated testing, rapid prototyping) and what we ship to users. You'll help shape that approach as we figure out what AI-native product development looks like for a small, fast-moving team.

This isn't a "write tickets and hand off" role. You'll prototype in Figma or code, write test cases, dig into analytics, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to ship features that matter. If you've got a developer or designer background and want to stay close to the craft while owning product outcomes, this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Define product initiatives with the co-founder and own execution from concept to launch

• Conduct user research and translate insights into features

• Create prototypes (Figma or code) and validate solutions quickly

• Coordinate with engineering on technical implementation

• Define test strategy, write test cases, and manage QA

• Build dashboards, track metrics, and use data to drive decisions

Example project: We decide to double down on our club tool—chat, statistics, league integrations. You scope requirements, design the solution, coordinate engineering, manage testing, and measure results

About You

Experience

• 3+ years in product management or similar hands-on product role

• Background as developer and/or designer (you've shipped features yourself)

• Startup or small team experience—you know how to move fast with limited resources

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven development

Technical

• Can read code and contribute meaningfully to technical discussions

• Comfortable with microservices, native mobile apps, and web applications

• Proficient in Figma; can create high-fidelity prototypes

• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)

• Familiar with modern testing frameworks

Mindset

• Curious and opinionated—you ask good questions and form clear views

• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

• Strong async communicator

• No ego; collaborative by default

• Passion for sports (especially football) is a strong plus
