For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Mingle Sport and RacesquareThe "Prize" refers to a 60 minutes session with 20 people of your team at a racesquare location to be decided
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59pm GMT + 1 on May 31 2024. One (1) winner globally will be selected at random by The Promoter on June 3 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
If you are under 18 years old, your parents or legal guardians must give their consent for your participation in the competition.
Teams can join the outing only when accompanied by an adult.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Meta, Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Only one entry per person per giveaway will be accepted.
Each entrant shall enter the competition via the subscribe link provided on the mingle sport website.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
Entrant must be part of a grassroots football team in some capacity, either as player, trainer, coach, or other member of staff.
Entrant must be located in a country where Racesquare is located. These countries are Netherlands.
Entrant must be located in a country where Mingle Sport is available to download through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store at the startdate of this giveaway. These countries are: Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela.
The winner is required to be user of and have their grassroots team registered in the Mingle Sport app.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is in compliance with the laws of their country.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The Promoter will decide what gear the winner receives. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
If The Promoter deems it necessary, the Prize will contain the logo of The Promoter.
Content Usage: By participating in the contest, participants grant RaceSquare the right to use any content (photos, videos, etc.) created during the team outing for promotional purposes.
Social Media Requirement: To be eligible for the prize, the winning team must have an active Instagram or TikTok account. The team is required to share RaceSquare content from their outing on their social media accounts and tag @racesquarenl and @mingle.sport in their posts.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
All personal information provided will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. Mingle Sport and the participating partners will only use this data for marketing purposes where you have given consent.
The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
