Information Mingle collects

Mingle collects information about you when you choose to share it with Mingle. We also collect information about how you use our Services and the information you share with us, such as:

Your account, profile, activity

Certain parts of our service require you to register with us first. This consists of providing information about yourself and choosing a name. We use this to create an account for you, which you can use to log in to our service with your chosen username and a password of your choice. For this we use your:

We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep this information until you cancel your account. We keep this information to avoid you having to enter this information repeatedly, and so we can approach you more easily if necessary. You can change your information via your account at any time.

The content you share

We collect information from photos, videos, posts, cheers, comments that you share. Other users can see your name, surname, photo, team.

Technical information

We collect information from your browser, computer or mobile device that provides us with technical information when you access or use the Services. The Services use log files. The information stored in those files includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer, protect and secure the Services, track users' movements in general, and gather broad demographic information for collective use.

Use of the information

To provide the services

We use the information to provide the services. As a result, you can:

  • View your own stats tracked in the app by you or others
  • See your own videos/images and those of your followers
  • Interact with other players, fans, trainers, team support

To optimize your experience

We use the information we collect about you, your followers and your activities to customize your experience. For example, we may make suggestions about players you may want to follow. If we see that you are part of a team, but are not yet using our schema functionality, we can suggest to use this functionality.

To protect you and the Services

We use the information we collect to protect you, enforce our Terms of Use and Community Standards, and promote security.

To improve our Services

We use the information to analyze and improve our Services. To do this, external analysis providers may be used.

To communicate

We use the information we collect to provide support. We may also use this information to send emails and notifications about using the app (if you have not opted out).

For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google or Apple) do with it. So always read their privacy statements.

Sharing information

We share personal information in accordance with your preferences, we use it to provide our Services and where necessary for legal purposes.

We may share your information with third parties who provide services to Mingle Sport B.V., such as supporting, improving, promoting and securing the Services.

  • Match reports: name, surname, photo, club and team

Because we are a social network, we share your information with other Mingle Sport members in your team network.
